Better than I expected
I’ve tried a few home workout machines and this is probably the one I’ve actually stuck with. It doesn’t take up much room and I can feel it working pretty quickly.
My legs were definitely sore
Did a few sets the first day and definitely felt it the next morning. 😂 I like that I can adjust the resistance depending on how I’m feeling.
Great for home workouts
I don’t have much room for equipment, so this was a good fit. It’s pretty simple to use and gives me something different from regular bodyweight squats.
Actually fun to use
I thought I’d get bored with it after a week, but I’ve been using it almost every day. The resistance makes it feel more challenging without needing a bunch of weights.
Good addition to my routine
I mostly bought this to work on my lower body and have been really happy with it. It’s become part of my routine while watching TV.
